Just sat and went through the instructions fully and watched all the videos, really impressed. Obviously a lot of thought and time went into not just creating the kit but to make sure that the instructoons were clear and easy to follow. Well done Neil and thanks again Rick for bringing them to the masses

Yes the dial faces can be swapped.
