Default tv remote

some advice if poss please. i have humax freesat top box which came with its own humax freesat remote. been ok for 3 yrs . i am changing over to freeview as reception via sat dish is usually lost during bad weather. i have bought a top box freeview called august. it is the dvb 415 reciever and media player model. this box comes with its own remote also august. i dont like the remote at all. too small and cheap looking. I am thinking of buying a universal remote better quality, but wondered if my humax freesat remote will work , as it is for humax and freesat . aerial fitters come friday to upgrade my roof ariel, and tune in for me. anyone know if these remotes can be interchanged ? or are freesat and freeview different remote signal transmitters. ? anyone. ....
