Are slightly longer wheel bolts ok?
As i have aftermarket wheels on redfive and the front wheels have small spacers to clear the calipers, the front wheel bolts are slightly longer than the standard factory ones, only by about 3mm. Will these slightly longer bolts be ok with factory wheels without any spacers, or will they be too long?

Yeah they shouldn’t be a problem, you can tell pretty quickly if they are too long, wouldn’t even be worth cutting down if you didn’t have a set of standards. I’m sure someone would stick you a set in the post, I end up throwing th because I end up tripping over them!
Take the be out the back and try one in, haven’t even got to take the wheel off then

I have standard Rover wheels on mine (17in Star Spokes) but a few years ago the local Fast Fit lost a wheel bolt but bought me a complete set to replace it. Although they said they were for a Rover 75,they were too long. I bought some myself but had to order them specially as I found it difficult buying the correct length. Maybe some Rover wheels take shorter bolts than others?

Tried them earlier today and they fit fine no problems with them rubbing or anything like that. Just wasn't sure if slightly longer bolts would cause any other issues. Cheers
