Hi and thank you all for your feedback. This is helpful information, thanks. I have also discovered something else, namely a tyre calculator. Here you can see the differences in speeds and deviations in percentage from the original specification from the factory. A certain degree of deviation is acceptable. I read that a deviation of up to 2% is considered acceptable.
https://www.banden.nl/band-rekenmachine in Dutch, but very usefull. https://tiresize.com/calculator/ in English or more easy to use: https://tire-calc.com/ So it seems to me that it is a matter of finding out what the manufacturer's original specifications are for the recommended tyre size for the rim in question, and then using the calculators to calculate whether the new desired size is within the acceptable limits. My main point being, any wheel or tyre size fitted as standard at any point during production can be fitted to any 75/ZT without informing your insurance company.
