Default Boris- when should he worry?

I see great play is being made today about a "policy advisor" indicating they may no longer share the perks and goodies. If the Downing Street cat shows any signs of dissatisfaction then he should worry. Chris S.

Chris - you wouldn't be trying to stir up political trouble on the forum by any chance. would you?

The cat is non-political - it's probably the only one in the neighbourhood to have obeyed lockdown rules!

I’m afraid the cat will walk of his own accord after all the rats have left the sinking ship!

It's the media we should be more concerned about. Their perfidery really knows no limits.

100% Agree, they are biggest problem with this government. What ever the government does they seem to find a negative twist on it.

I would like to see Laura Kuenssberg and all her backstabbing kronies do a better job.

When should he.....?
When he stops, takes a good look around him, and then assesses the qualities they might bring if he was not there.
Then he will think he's doing a good job and bluff his way through. As ever.

Clever he ain't. There are only one or two that are capable but they are not, at present, getting exposure. The best on offer was Lord Frost, sadly gone, but for how long?

Default Try this alternative Forum

We're often told here to keep politics off the Forum: fair enough. For light relief might I suggest you all "join" an interesting Tory forum here.

I've found it rewarding and revealing that almost without exception the posters are wholly embarrassed and despise all the PM's antics. It's a good insight into how the "elite" see themselves.

For a light Marxist I find that strangely comforting . . .

Yeh - the media really need to stop reporting the news. How unreasonable of them to do so. What do they think they are there for?

It's not so much what they report it is the manner it is carried out. The words they use, the bias they portray.

They Guardian is quite bad, and the the Daily Mail is only bettered by the Beano.

As for the BBC? There was an interview this morning by the very nice Anita McVey with a Government transport minister(?). He came on to discuss the loss of revenue from the increase in electric cars. McVey very quickly turned the discussion around to the Prime Minister, certain comments he made about the leader of the opposition as well as the recent resignations of staff. Chap was quite good with his replies to be fair, giving her no where to go. Which is a very good talent to have.

Worth a look:
