I expect it means the anti-roll bar drop links have worn a bit at their bushes as it mentions one side of the bar.
As an advisory tbh it hardly matters unless you are getting knocking sound that bothers you.
However I had both mine done as they were badly worn so got a pair off ebay. They are cheap enough anyway and a quick repair by a competent mechanic

O/S? The anti roll bar is a one piece unit and goes across the car.
If they mean the arms as in the large part on this web page
https://www.dmgrs.co.uk/collections/...2500-rbj000371
then for ease I would probably change both if they are of the same age. Up to you if you change the bushes, the black bit on the same page, as well but again may be worth doing at the same time.

It could be the front drop links that are the problem, they connect to the anti roll bar.

It could be the D rubbers holding the anti roll bar.

See here for a diagram of all the parts

I still think its drop links, rubber D mounts are central really.
