Morning. At the local sorting office first thing, didn't hear the postie at the door yesterday. Old postie used to come to the back door if he didn't get an answer. Coffee then tackle some weeding in the front garden.

Coffee break. Weeds at the top of the garden done but on one part and down on the gravel path next to the wall there's hundreds of dunno what, too small to try to lift them. Will check the weedkiller situation after me caffeine boost.

Cool

Gave Banana and the Bear a wash. Then my neighbour Kelsey shouted out, “don’t forget mine Bob”. So I went up and washed her Land Rover Evoque. Had to get my step ladder out to do the roof. Kelsey came out and said, “Bob I was joking, but you are an absolute diamond”.

Got another car to wash, clay and wax tomorrow. My neighbour Marion has a Ford C-Max. Think I might start up my own car cleaning business.

Knackered now, might have to have an early cider.

Weeding done, what I couldn't weed has been sprayed. The whatever they are on the path are seedlings from a plant in the garden, PITA, spreads like bugry!

Need some plastic sheet to line a couple of fair size planters but struggling to find something suitable. All B&Q seems to have is water permeable, kinda defeats the point! I can muller heavy duty rubble sacks but not sure if they'd be big enough Research required!

B&Q has some that are well big enough . . . . oh well, B&Q tomorrow. Need to replace the heavy duty stapler I had as well, did sterling service until it went twang. I went to check the feedback on the sacks as other ones I looked at the feedback stated the overall length included the tie handles considerably reducing the actual sack size . . . . all the feedback on these bigger ones is in French
