Default Buzzing from inlet manifold

Tinkering around under the bonnet this morning, I noticed buzzing or vibration coming from the region of the inlet manifold. It is quite when the car is idling, but when I blip the throttle (via the cable at the throttle body) there is a buzz as the revs come down.

Any thoughts?
