A visit to Tom Hobbs in Leeds is an even better option. I know it's not DIY'ish (and I can't recall if his panel repair includes the trim holes section too) but from all accounts you get a 1st class old school repair with all the bells and whistles (including paint/stonechip) done by a real craftsman.
