Default Clutch

We were going on a couple of days break to Llandudno when i pulled onto the slip road for the new bridge at Runcorn, when i accelerated up the incline the clutch started to slip so eased off and took it steady all was fine, then at the next hill Queensferry that I encountered I went to overtake a lorry same thing happened slipping clutch so eased off the revs again and passed him slowly, this has never happened before so took it easy all the way to Llandudno our two day break turned into four days returning on the Coast road route avoiding A55 Rhuallt Hill on Thursday so no warning of clutch slip prior to journey no need for forward planning just had to get it sorted as soon as I got back home, car still on original clutch also 160 re-map prior to my ownership car on 110,000 miles , I drive sedately most of the time so never really toe it anywhere.
