Default Heat from a partner in bed.

She (Jean) accuses me of causing her to be too warm in bed. We still have the winter quilt on, I was going to suggest we swapped it for the summer one, just before she went away for several days visiting [1]. Whilst Jean was gone, I was a little cold initially. Now she is back and I was so hot, I opened a window, it helped, but not enough - so I had to get up. Hence my typing this at 04:30.

As I was a little cold on my own, I think she must be the one generating all of the heat rather than me.

Jean brought her daughter and granddaughter back with her on a visit for a couple of days, just to say hello to me for the first time. Apparently the 8 year old was a little wary, but having taken her to the Royal Armouries Museum yesterday, I am now flavour of the month.

Fix a poor handbrake; DIY ABS diagnostic unit; Loan of the spanner needed to change the CDT belts; free OBD diagnostics +MAF; Correct Bosch MAF cheap; DVB-T install in an ex-hi-line system; DD install with a HK amp; FBH servicing.

I've taken a vow of poverty. To annoy me, send money.

Good morning Harry, both men and women can get 'hot flushes' between the ages of 50-60, but is more common in women than in men, could be that. When it happens the hot flushes are very unpleasant with sweating and feeling very hot. Had it myself

We live in a hot country and we don't have a/c as its expensive to run. I bought a pedestal fan from Argos 'cheap as chips' and brought it out to Kenya. At night, Jessica can have the fan on her and she will be cool as a cucumber by the morning Ha ha!

I took this phone photo just now to illustrate. I hope you find an easy solution

SWMBO is at that time in her life where she is having personal summers as she puts it. Some times I have to get out of bed and go and sleep on the sofa because she is so hot. A few weeks ago she woke up at 7am and she had sweated so much the bedding was so wet it looked like somebody had emptied a jug of water.

Luckily for her she does not seem to get them in the day very often, she has even tried a summer quilt, no quilt and recently no PJ's

Apparently is passes as her sister has told her but can take as long as 10 years.

I don't suffer from it, it's because I settled for the inline thermostat.
