she's being given Vitamin K & they're doing more tests & keeping her in until they get to the bottom of whats causing it. I think there is more of her blood in test tubes in Labs than in her veins.
I am relieved for you Ian that your Mam is now getting the proper care and treatment she is entitled to. A worry for you, but she is in the best place. I would expect the medics to be able to track down what the problem is and then start the correct treatment to get her better.

Nelly Pledge! Christ you are giving your age away Ian, Nearest and Dearest! That's one program I wouldn't mind seeing again, "Has he been?"

Thank you Phil, Shes not a happy chappy having to stay in hospital but I think deep down she knows she'll have to stay put until it's sorted. She's worried about dad too, I've just been round to make sure he's eaten today, he says he wants some Walls sausages & salad I said have you got any sausages in the fridge, he said No lol looks like I'm going shopping.

LOL Pledges Pickles, Hylda Baker & Jimmy Jewel were hilarious in that Nearest & Dearest TV series back in the day.

You didn't watch nearest & dearest! .........

....."I can say that without fear of contraception" and "You haven't had the pleasure of me yet, have you?".

The TV series ran from 1968-73. I seem o retain all this comedy stuff but things of importance pass straight through from ear to ear.

Good afternoon Phil! How are you? If it's the narcissist, then I have no need for it really. If it's any of the nice ones though, it would be interesting to see the picture!

Had a great day so far, had a great breakfast with my friend, then a bit of shopping, now a nice relaxing afternoon, followed by a film evening with some other friends!

Life is great now I have chosen to be happy!
