Thank you Jeff and Ros, the GP said the aneurysm had grown to 48mm and they won't operate until it's 50mm. Had it not been for the clots inside the aneurysm, I might have been able to have left it for a while longer. The surgeon I will be seeing, is the chap who did the bypass and he specialises in aortic aneurysms, so I am happy for him to do it. The hernia is a walk in the park

At some point, I need to visit to get the wince back up and running
