Unhappy M40 crashes

Just seen yet another crash on M40 the 3rd in 3 days

My ZTT was 2388th ZT-T off production line out of 8249
My ZTT was 91st ZT-T CDTI to be made out of 522
My ZTT was 93rd ZT-T in Starlight Silver out of 1134
It came off the assembly line on Thursday 12th September 2002 @ 12:01.50 pm

I'm still trying to work out how they manage to get onto the wrong carriageway in the first place, especially towing a caravan. Quite often access is via a large roundabout so they would have entered that the wrong way too.
