oh gggggrrrrrrr
left the Tourer out and it rained. I had removed the off side roof rail and put seam sealer in the gutter and down the rear to the hatch and then once dry refitted the rail a week or so ago. Opened tail gate a little while ago and a small pool of water greeted me on the off side. Worse, it is still leaking around the rear nearside window. I was hoping I had sealed that as well. At least I had not re-fitted all the trim but I'm still cheesed off. macafee2 |

Why the roof rail ? there is no through way there is there ?
Usual culprits are the waist trim holes. My tourer leaked through the top of the rear window.... a bit of silicone sorted that. |

Might be nothing like the leak on your Tourer, but have a look at this post. https://the75andztclub.co.uk/forum/s...d.php?t=251086
I had the devils own job finding it, but since I have done it, there have been no further leaks. |

on the inside of the left hand rear side window and on the off side, I think as picture 1 in this thread that MWMan has given
https://the75andztclub.co.uk/forum/s...d.php?t=251086 post 4 in that thread may be the answer. The plastic trim between the two hinges will break its tabs when removed but I think rimmers have them for about £10 plus vat and postage. Another £10 but if it cures the leak it will be money well spent. macafee2 |
