A happy and healthy new year to all on 75&ZT OC. My knees are much better as the Sportage is easier to get in and out of and I have spent less time on them looking after "the car"!
 Holidays booked for 2024, so no holding us back now! Cheers all.

Happy new year
A rare visit from me to wish you all a happy new year.
Not sorry to see the back of 2023 because it's been a rough one for Jan and myself. Jan has been diagnosed as having Alzheimer's disease so we have that to deal with on a daily basis, fortunately we've caught it early and although there is no cure there are medications and treatment that can slow it down. I'm now registered as Jan's carer but I must say that the support we have had from both the NHS and Alzheimer's care network has been amazing in helping us cope. I've been suffering from a few medical issues myself and according to the doctor had a near miss in October when I called the local surgery with severe head pain, fortunately we still have an emergency doctor here in the Fens and she was here in 10 mins, she took my blood pressure and it read 210/112 so I'm on medication for that and something to help with stress which appears to be the cause of it all. Added to that Jans sister Christine passed away in November so it's not been great. Let's hope 2024 is a good year for all of us. I know that some of our friends in the owners club have their own health issues so we wish you all a speedy and full recovery and hope that everyones dreams come true (although I'm not certain about Norwich Citys dreams) I will end on a positive note as I'm sure some of you will know "our Ryan" had his first wins in British Superbikes in 2023 and he has a Yamaha factory supported ride for 2024 with the OMG racing team so fingers crossed he'll be chasing the wins again. All the best to every one of you for the coming year stay safe and healthy. Ian and Jan x I'm back to hibernation mode again now
