Newbies do now!!
1. Plenum drains..all 3 or 4 year dependent
2. Cooling fan..All speeds functioning
3. Bonnet cable divider block

No he may not say what he fixed, but he may have given some clues.

Anything at all would be interesting.

Looking at the ECU I have, I'm searching for the components that charge the capacitor (interestingly only one on this ECU I have). Trouble is I'd expect an inductor somewhere, but can't find one. So I'm wondering if they do something clever using the coils of the injectors themselves.

On the subject, I need some info from a diesel engine, but I'll start a new thread about that.

Glad you are sorted Tim! Can't help but wonder if it may have been Dragrads problem for all those weeks.

the ECU doctor just said that hed rebuilt it and recoded it, thats all he said

Should it not also need aT4 session is situ? I'd have thought that was a pre-requisite?

Guess they read the chip then re-write it when the ECU is re-built?

Seems a logical possibility.
