a man after my own heart i too have been investigating this, but was more concerned about removing the pannel in one piece first. unfortunatly, i ran out of money so it has taken a back seat untill i get hold of some more. pay rise september so i may start again

I did get the panel off with a heat gun and a small saw blade but replacing the panel is impossible, i can get it to fit but creating a seal sufficient enough to make it a air tight seal is a nightmare as i am a engineer i have been asking about this in work but its all theory when i try it in practice its just will not work i even tried to reprogram the brain to open the butterfly's at 2000 rpm but that's futile, so last week i lost the plot and hit it with a hammer and surprisingly it broke into bits its very brittle so DONT hit it shouldn't smile really
