Right car wrong time. I loved both of my Rover 800's and regret selling the last one as there was nothing wrong with it so why did I sell it? Not the best looking car Rover ever made but it grows on you and they were good performers.

Thanks Victor! Alas, the Scimitar is a car I've wanted for many years, so when mine came up for sale, I had to have it! I've always quite liked the very minimalist appearance of mark 1 800s, and that was part of the reason for buying mine.

Lovely looking car,had three of these back in the day,825 sterling,827sli and a manual 827 vitesse which was a fabulous car that I much regret selling.

Ohh no..

love of my life..MK1 rover 800!!! have an 827 sterling..but yours looks stunning.hmmmmm ponders!!!! Jules is right about the seats in those though..My sterling has elcetric recling seats in the rear...how cool is that!!!
