Hi, seen this today on the N2 near dublin, is it anyone's on here?

He was heading to Tallaght following a visit to a local German supermarket

Will have been seen in Greystones and Parnall St, Santry Ave and E Wall Road too, around the period 08/04 - 17/04

A non-starter, i was told... thanks to the AA who got it up and running .
