Must be legalize, but I don't like the way they "can't be responsible for errors" in the car spec. I know there should always be a big chunk of "buyer beware", even in this compensation culture we inhabit, but surely they have an obligation to ensure that it's correct?

They do, that caveat is meaningless and they know it. I had this situation with an 'Approved Used' Chrysler Cruiser that was not as described; they tried wriggling out of it with the same caveat. I got my money back..

There are no risks at all. Only you can see your own details nobody else can. All computers broadcast their IP address and various other information over the web it is not a security issue. But it is a wake up call for you to make sure youi have proper protection on your machine against hackers, virii, trojans and the like. All of which plague Windows usuers.
