I've had a look and can't see a problem - we'll have a deeper look but it's a bit of a head scratcher right now.

I suspect the car has a fault with the thermostat and also possibly a blocked matrix

Is your outside temperature gauge reading properly?
I had a frozen trip crossing Drumochter as -12c one time, the outside temperature sensor was faulty so was overiding my wishes.

Just a thought!
