Covid statistics?
So when a country records(France) more than half a million new cases in a day they stop publishing them. Chris.S.

Just to attempt to avoid premature closing, this is not about P.... (the infamous ‘P’ word).
It is about the truth, or what poses for that honourable ideal, that we continue to get! I’ve just watched a GBNews programme and an interview with Karole Sikora, the eminent professor of Meds. In effect he blew the gaff about the hopelessly wrong stats we have been getting from official sources about this Covid so-called pandemic. Sikora is the go-to professional medic with an undeniable reputation for telling it like it is. The actual number of deaths from Covid (where there was no underlying additional and contributing complaint) was 17000. Now that’s a lot of premature deaths and a lot of bereaved families. But, forgive me for daring this, nothing like the millions as stated by HMGOV. That’s directly from it rather than with it. Surely it is important to make this distinction. There are more deaths among the 6 million delayed treatments and operations because of the manufactured stats about the blessed ‘pandemic’........ What gets reported these days, and why, is becoming increasingly suspicious. There is the truth, there is the whole truth, leading to nothing like the truth. My view, and for the purposes of treating those affected, is that’s so much more important than the blunderbus treatment of combining unrelated problems into reporting such things which can only serve to confuse and misdirect resources and outcomes! I give up, this story is and has been so obviously a fairy tale and only heaven knows what is being hidden by this diversion. And we continue to call them honourable?

Statistics are like that dream about lying on a luxury yacht in the Mediterranean - you can make it what you want it to be.
There is no reason to believe either of those views are accurate. The actual number of deaths may in fact be far higher than the reported number, in the same way that it could be far lower. The current official metric provides a measure which I think is actually not a bad metric in the absence of anything better.

The same request also showed a significant increase in deaths from cancer, this is going to get significantly worse due to people not being diagnosed and treatment delayed. Russ

But FOI requests only provide the data that is recorded, not whether the data is correct. Unless there was a postmortem examination following every death, there is no way of knowing the real cause. So the experts have to rely on modelling based on assumptions.

as this is a worldwide situation, does it imply conspiracy to perhaps re-set the world as our leaders wish it to see it?Bilderburg involvement perhaps?Or, is it a genuine accident seized upon by opportunist governments with the same goals in mind? I'm putting my tin hat on in preparation for some of the responses but I think the day we stop questioning the official line is the day it is all over.We have seen quite clearly the contempt we are held in by the revelations of Downing street booze up's during lockdown.

Something that Sophie Raworth has been saying when she talks about the days deaths. '' Not all those that have died after getting Covid will have died of Covid''. I am sure we all knew that but its odd after nearly 2 years they are saying it now.
The other interesting fact that was on the news at lunchtime was about the people who had died after being vaccinated, apparently most were very old and probably had underlying health conditions. |

Im amazed at the number of people who seem to have knowledge about all this, very often they are "Professers" but is this title relevant to the subject they are speaking about? I think its part of the in built snobbery of the Britisn that we take their views of any value. " he's got an ology" Chris S.
