I have simikar problem. 1v on injectors until running after Easystart up. Then 5v. Starts and runs when hot. No start when cold. New crank, cam, map and fuel filter. New glo plugs, swapped 1 injector for old known good one, same, no cold start! Has got gradually worse until no stat up unless easystarted. No flicker on speedo while cranking. HELP!

Had this on an NNN500340 ECM once, it was a strange one and I never got to the bottom of it.

I can only assume a dry joint on the PCB which made contact once there was warmth in the board.

I would try this out.. remove the ECM and place it on a radiator for ten minutes, then plug it back in and see if the car starts normally from cold.
