Default Vis Motor question

Hi everyone, My MGZt V6 190
Well i decided to try my laptop with Toaf on to see if any issues or codes and i got this P1470 Variable intake manifold actuator 1 valve always open , Short to ground, Test complete , Sporadic Error.
Which one is Actuator 1 ? power or balance ? could this give a fast idle or is this just at higher rpms ?
cheers julian

Balance; and the flap valve has almost certainly stuck in its mid position. If you're unlucky it may have taken the actuator with it but Stocktake can sort that for you.

Unfortunately not, just poor performance.

Just a tip ... next time you want to check the VIS motors, open the bonnet, access Toaf, engine module control, scroll down to VIS balance motor, press start and you should hear four sweeps of the motor, same with the power. No sweeps: contact Stocktake.
