The advertising emails are automated. Perhaps he doesn't appreciate being summoned. I really hope he doesn't answer this or your other summons.

I’m his friend on Facebook and I see he’s in York with friends so he’s maybe on holiday or a long weekend. He’s never let anyone down in the past so I’m pretty sure he’ll reply as soon as he can

Hello there,
The emails were automated and set up a while ago - I've been away, and have been suffering some minor health issues since Sunday which have set me back a while.
Not like me (iron man usually!) but I'm back now.

Hope you are soon ok. Any news on chasing up the rest of my order (complete rear brake backplates and rear shocks)?
As mentioned by email, the two front struts were delivered by carrier, no paperwork with them and not asked to sign anything

Hello there Mike

Just dropped you an email - looks like a 'dropped stitch' at our end, as UK Mail (now DHL) reduced the weight we were allowed to send from 30KG to 20KG, causing some issues.

All sorted now, and on the way.

Is there is a reason that you pop up everytime there's a post that is not bestowing glory upon 'lovely DMGRS'?

Notwithstanding that you offer your comments to others with abundance of class, in the interest of openness perhaps your posts should have a "conflict of interest " statement declaring your "tenderness" for the said trader?

It's a bit over the top IMHO.
