75 V8 Backbox on CDti
Anyone ever modded one or got one to fit on the ZT CDTi?
Im thinking that despite plenty adjustment, those stubby rear pipes will still be too short for the bumper... |

Speaking from experience, the V6 version used on the Roewe 750/MG 7 is probably the better bet to replace an original system box Brian |

Fit a straight through pipe with no silencers, sounds great on the diesel 😎

Erm no, its a rubbish, smelly, old, polluting diesel, you can't polish excreta, even if you make it sound like some sort of chav poo-box....
I cant find any actual evidence of supply of the Roewe 750 box online, but I have to say, it looks like the best solution out there at the minute!! |

JesusW that's expensive, probably about $40 from China no doubt, but Fiacom do not seem to have any..!
Still.... Seems like the highest quality solution, and should last longer than the car, as well as looking "OEM" as such, and being hopefully just as quiet. I will procure one. Thanks. |

I'll take the risk I suppose...
That "new" one looked like £185 all in to the UK, so might as well pay the extra £15 and get one right now I guess. My backbox will likely last a year or so from now, but for me I have never been wholly satisfied with custom aftermarket backboxes. Cheers guys. |
