Ipk screen & mileage discrepancy
Hi All,
After 205K miles I finally got the chance to try repair the lines on my IPK screen. Couldn't quite get it just right so decided to replace with another new IPK I had, but also had to replace the sounder as it wasnt working. I change the E2 with the one from original one and all working fine no errors etc. The mileage now reads 184441 instead of 205124 Everything working well but cant explain why this happened? I would have thought the LSM would have been happy?? Any ideas? Do I need T4 reset milage? Obviously this isnt too much of a pain but Mr MOT man may have something to say about it. regards Rich |

The easiest way is to virgnise the cluster, manually edit the mileage in the LSM to the correct number and then code the cluster in with a T4. Then as soon as you drive the LSM will reset to 300000km. |
