Thanks Andy. I'm on the mend but being careful what I do, hence Ging going down to London herself today, just to take photos, I'm not taking the chance of aggravating things for that!

Quizzie is on her holidays in South Devon:

Here she is on Lannacombe Beach

And here's the fisherman's pie at at Beesands Beach - 'cus I know how much we all enjoy food pics (https://www.britanniaatthebeach.co.uk/.) And yes, it was very, very tasty - that dish is about 6-7" across and over a foot long .

All without Quizzie's help. although she was rather keen to try.

The roads are erm.... challenging - you know, just wide enough to miss the door mirrors and grass growing up the middle. A nightmare to get anywhere and "entertaining" if someone comes the other way.

Take care all.

Andy.
Lovely to see Quizzie enjoying herself and well done polishing off that pie

Morning all, It's chucking it down here, Proper grey & miserable. It'll be a challenge getting my missus down the stairs this morning to take her to her hospital appointment at Wrightington.

Good to see Quizzie enjoying the beach Andy. That fisherman's pie looks delicious.

Ooh, the cr*p has hit the fan at Red Bull! Adrian Newey has announced he's leaving blaming the accusations made against Christian Horner.

I'm going to have a go at making some mildly spicy Samosa's, I've made the mixture & that will go in the fridge til tomorrow. I don't know whether to have a go at making the batter for the pastry or try & find some ready made wrappers.

The thing is! I need to make some gluten free wrappers, I have some Dove gluten free flour so I'll try it with that first. I never had much success at making gluten free bread consistently so it might go belly up.

I'm having a change tonight so I'm making some tikka seasoned chicken breast with stir fry veggies & noodles for tea tonight.
