Is this Kosher? Not seen 1.8T Piston Crowns like these.
Title says it all. Have worked on six 1.8T K-Series engines. Never seen that style of piston tops. Hence my question in the title.

They look like 1400 pistons to me John, the only K series piston crowns I've seen like that are early 1400 K series, with cutouts to accommodate both 8v and 16v heads.
1800T pistons are the same as the VVC 1800, and have "160" dot marked on the centre of the piston Brian |

I'm sure these were only employed in the XW 200 series cars with damp liner engines John, I can't remember seeing them in later 1400, but it has been a while for me too since pulling a 1400K apart

That would make sense as they are marked as 1.4 K series pistons on the sale
