Nice looking motor. Which castle is it in the background please? Just one little hint:- watch out for rust starting where you have the chrome wheel arches. Often fancied those myself but the rust aspect put me off.

obviously not the nearside main beam or side light bulb on a Mk2 with Xenons then? One of those jobs where you need very long, double jointed fingers, almost to the point where it would have been quicker to drop the front bumper and take the whole head light unit out.

Hi, it was the offside dipped beam. I've since been informed I was lucky it wasn't the nearside! I'll have jinxed myself now...

Popped on the seat belt anchor covers that arrived from Arctic today, fitted the new abs/brake sensor clips to the rear arms and replaced the gunned headlamp level sensor with nice new one after I greased everything up on it to try and keep it free moving.

Got an MOT pass, so back on the road. One advisory for minor exhaust leak front exhaust. I do mind seeing a bit of soot when scrambling about under it the last time, which is fine just means I need to get the cash together for a full custom system soonish

Let my 20 year old son drive it for the first time. He bought 2 hours of insurance and took it for a spin.

And now I don't have a ZT.

....But not because he trashed it, because he says its the best feeling car he's ever driven, so he's bought it!

Glad it's still going to be in the family though. Think ZTs will always be my favourite cars.
