Cool Been hit

This time it is the Bear. A neighbour has reversed his bright Brand New Renault into the near side rear wing over the arch denting it. No paint damage.

I was out yesterday when it happened, but he put a note through my letterbox. I have thanked him for being honest. Not many people would have owned up.
He is mortified at what he has done as he knows how much I love my cars.

No insurance involved as he has agreed to pay for any repairs to the Bear. No damage to his huge bumper.

Just glad it was not Banana.

Oh no!! A horrible place to get damaged. Well done for his honesty though, what a decent guy.

That's very bad news. For some of us it wouldn't notice but I know how you regard your cars. Well done to your neighbour for owning up, that shows how they feel about you Bob, well done.

Hi Bob
I used a local PDR (Painless Dent Removal) guy to remove a dent in my bonnet where previous owner had dropped something on it.
Brilliant job!
Avoids filler/ respray method.
Only possible where the paint hasn't been cracked ie just a dent
There's probably someone near you?
Good luck
John

I would definitely enquire with a PDR specialist first before taking it to a body shop !
Our local man finds and straightens damage to panels , you don't see till he points it out , he's brilliant

If you show us a picture of the damage Bob I'm sure it will give us a good idea if a dent removal guy can fix it

I’ll get a photo tomorrow as it’s a bit wet n windy at the moment.

Thanks for tips people, there is a dent removal company over the bridge in England. I’ll give them a bell tomorrow.
