Good job your neighbour is one of the old school.Sorry to hear about your bad luck, but at least you have a decent neighbour who obviously knows and appreciated that he might get a ride in the Bear if he owns up to damaging it and paying his dues. Give him a ride in it Bob when he has coughed up. He sure will enjoy it. Warp factor 3 seems an appropriate reward,with the window down of course.

Personally I would let a PDR specialist look at the damage first , providing the the paint not cracked its amazing what they can take out . The problem with a rear wheel arch is getting behind the damage but they have ways and means of overcoming this .
