Pure shot in the dark but Cat Ballou was a comedy western with Jack Elam in it

Oh yes there is, its attached to the seat cover, as soon as your bumhole nips the seat cover it applies the device which safely gets your wheels back on dry land

Got the grass cut and the hedge trimmed yesterday. Along with the de-weeding of the paths.
