Default And..

I really don't care, he was only going to keep doing it until caught and what then? I would have driven over the body.

No matter how many registers the administration produces, either they ignore it or only put through a lower amount!

Cant see he would be a loss to society but what of the feelings of other family members, they may be decent people

He seems to have been ‘well known’ in certain corners. His mate said he had told him he was going to half inch the cat from the B*W and get£500 to pay off some court fine/cost. His mate said he told him not to do it. He was discovered when the owner of the car went to his car in the morning to go to work. He was cold and stiff, so had been there some time. A jack and torch were found by his body.

There are certain ' registered ' yards where all sorts of stolen metals can be got rid of, at less than the going rate, well known to certain communities, both fixed and mobile.

"Pay's yer money, takes yer chance". Given an alternative outcome, no doubt our unlucky grifter would have been smiling all over his face with gratis £500 in his pocket - and no doubt warming to the fact that it's a good little earner and planning his next freebee payday. Sad outcome but.....
Had the experience earlier this year of starting up the wife's Jazz one morning and discovering it sounded like a channel ferry foghorn 3 feet away. Almost £400 later and 5-6 days loss of use and all in the Honda world was good again - just a load of hassle and out of pocket £££'s (no point in claiming on insurance) and some scrote probably pi...ng the ill gotten profit up a wall somewhere.
