Default Sill Repair.

Washed my car the other day, and unfortunately managed to put my finger through my offside rear sill! Oops...

Had a repair done today:

Looks like a neat repair, and should hopefully outlast the car?

That's brilliant ! Even the stone-chip texture looks like factory finish

It looks like an excellent repair. I assume teh work was carried out by a professional welder/body repairer?

If so, some detail would be most helpful for future reference. How was the repair carried out, by whom, cost, any photos of it being carried out....

Thanks for sharing in the OP.

This and rear sunframe are the only concerns for my cars future. Would like to know more as that looks a good fix. I can tackle the subframe but never done any welding.

I'd be curious to know the cost, as I have the same issue starting to occur on my NSR.
