My ZT-T's remote fob has become a tad iffy over the past two days. Locking is fine but, unlocking can be iffy. It was today so I used the key in the driver's door lock to unlock the car. I actually twisted the Key to unlock three times. Guess what.

All four door windows lowered fully ...

Also, when reversing, ... sometimes ... as well as the expected bleeps from the sensors, the rear screen wiper activated... without ever touching the control stalk for several days. Never did that prior to my disconnecting the rear sensor loom a few days ago when fitting the Witter Stowbar Frame.

All very strange... Something new for this old dawg to learn every other day...

Ha ha!! Nice one John.
Actually it's a standard feature or a least one that can be enabled by hooking up to a T4 and picking the option from a list.
Full lock and hold to close all windows and full unlock and hold to lower all windows. Works well when about to get in to a roasting car that's been in the sunshine too long!! LOL!!

The rear wiper may be a clever trick to give you good vision when reversing, these cars are full of common sense tricks ya know!!!

BTW the alloys I had off you Christmas before last are still going well!!

I thought all estate cars did that with the wiper

Every one I've owned has done it so I just thought it was a normal feature of those type of car.

Lazy locking is so cool, easy to get all windows up at once, or down.

I think the newer ZT's and 75's can do this operation with a long press of the remote.

The rear wiper activation - when the front wipers are on - was a standard fitment in my 2003 45 Hatchback, so I would have expected the 75 Tourer to have it too ...

But it did surprise me first time it activated ......

Also operates the sunroof.

With the facelift cars, there is a bug in the software with the open windows with key function, it can set off the alarm, not always though.

Long press of the remote on mine opens the loadspace...maybe you can choose what a long press does via T4

With saloon and mk1 BCU a long press of the open button moves the memory seat to the memory position associated with the key fob.
On Mk 2 bcu's it opens the loadspace or boot...
I don't think you can choose between them.

I had mine set at the last Midlands NANO MEET, as follows .....

1 press - unlock drivers door only
2nd press - unlock other 3 doors
long press - unlock drivers door and boot

As I'm the only driver I was not interested in the seat adjusting part .....
