Torch and charging socket

I’ve had an original torch & socket gathering dust in the garage since my daughter’s 2002 V6 met its end. I know the torch isn’t up to much but the socket could be handy however my 2004 has the later type fuse box.

The blue plug has a green, black & purple going into it, ideas please as to how I wire this into the existing loom or cig. lighter loom, are the same colours present?
