Evening one and all
Chilly but bright here for most of the day, done a little bit of weeding this morning and then went to visit our local independent garden centre for a browse, found they had a cafe' which of course called for a stop for coffee and cake, looking through their menu my attention was drawn to their "megga breakfast" can't remember full list but it started with 8 rashes of bacon, 4 sausages, 4 eggs, 4 hash browns.. etc etc plus 4 slices of toast really made me feel quite ill just reading it. but will come in handy when Trikey visits us.
Got some thinly sliced pork belly strips from our local butcher for supper which I grilled until crispy cut it into 3" pieces and served it with barbecue sauce dip and garlic bread, think king size frazzles .
Change of subject. I see that Gas Monkey Garage are sponsoring Ryans superbike team mate Peter Hickman at this years IOM TT.

Morning all, a bit breezy today, a few rover jobs to be getting on with, hopefully the wet stuff will stay away.

Morning Jeff, morning all. You can’t beat home cooking or can you? I am always a bit nervous when I eat out at restaurants in Africa or India. I don’t get the same feelings when I go to a Toby

Another hot day here, heading out shortly into the forest to check on the wildlife.

What are your plans for the day?
