I am not a footy person but I think it is good to see all those countries compete with a football and not other destructive methods.
It inspires millions of young children all over the world and keeps them active. Imagine and inspiration can let you be any player you like and all you need for this is a bit of basic round inflatable plastic I used to be a lot like George Best. But without the football

The worst thing about last night's result is that they are still not out technically!
I know there are as good as, but when there is a chance, it will still be bleated on about on the news etc etc Only upside for me is my son (7 years old bless him) was supporting Uruguay as he likes Suarez so he enjoyed the game immensely lol I suppose Italy and Uruguay must be papping themselves thinking that when England lose to Costa Rica only one of them can qualify! At the end of the day England didn't play all that badly in either game, but they have no killer instinct and don't take their chances, typified when Suarez scored the second goal. Deja vue |

Just to say there are plenty of people over here who want England to do well.
There will only be one winner and the upshot of the whole thing is that 190 odd countries will not win. Still, it's the taking part. Isn't it? Never mind, your 75 or ZT is still in the game! |

They don't need the amount of money they get its ridiculous. People saving other peoples lives don't get paid anywhere near as much as a bunch of drama queens kicking a ball round a field.
