Default Drivers door panel trim

Hi there Paddyflan, I have exactly the same problem on my MG ZT, do you know how to remove the door pillar trim panel, exterior black? I am hunting around local breakers for parts for mine so if I find a Rover 75 I may be able to help you.

Many thanks Arctic, the link shows the rear door trim panels, I presume its exactly same for the front door panels? i.e still 3 screws to remove after window down. Forgive me asking but I am a newbie!
