Remap?

Hey Guys,

After a little advice. My cars current spec is:
Full Turbo Back Powerflow 2.5" Straight Through Exhaust,
GBE D-EVO Manual Boost Controller (~24 PSI),
G&M Aluminium Intercooler,
Uprated VDO In-Tank Fuel Pump,
Tazu MK1 Metal Clutch Master Cylinder,
HEL Braided Brake Lines,
HEL Braided Clutch Hose,
Saunders 160 Remap,
Pipercross Air Filter,
Air Intake Mod,
Powerflex Bushes all round,
ZT190 Front Brake (325mm Discs) [Sits on 18" Hairpin Alloys],
Modified Handbrake Compensator.

Since the original Saunders Remap I have added the 2.5" Turbo Back exhaust, would I benefit from having the car remapped again?

Any other modifications I should consider? Larger Turbo & Intercooler?

The car has now gone over 200,329 miles and still running like a dream.

The only things I would be weary of are crank and or gearbox damage due to excessive torque and HP fuel pump stress...

The gearbox and clutch seem to be holding together well in its current form, running a dyno confirmed 170bhp before the new free flowing exhaust (estimated at 182bhp now).

I was also considering putting the forged crank in there from the BMW equivalent.

My main question is regarding whether I should have it remapped since adding the exhaust as the original remap would have taken the standard exhaust into consideration.

Yes, it is certainly a diesel.

I did complete the 'My Car' section in full and assumed it would show when I posted.

No.... Just shoes mg zit unless we look at the full profile...

At cot to the mgxt and that will be clearer...

It interests me to see you are considering the forged crank from BMW .
I thought I read somewhere that the original BMW crank gave problems ---so BMW 'gave ' the engine to Rover, who then modified the production process.
Why were you thinking of the change ?
