if i am understanding, i just need to remove that hose that meets the arm of the water outlet conection... am i right?

just need the oring is it lovel?

or will i need the whole part ?

The oring in the hose right ?

I just need to unplug that single hose and free the jubilee clip that is also on that hose, and i should see the oring in the hose ...

Just need to buy the oring then ...?

Sorry for the questions but i AM trying to understand fully the job Tô do..

No need nothing .more apart from removing the engine cover?

No need to disconnect any jubilee clip. Just slide the stainless wire on the connector itself to the unlock position and then the connector will be free to be removed. The rubber hose will have a stainless band crimped, not a jubilee clip. You will need to drain some coolant from the engine first. With a screwdriver unclip/slide the stainless pice of wire as far as it will go in the plastic female connector. Pull and twist on the hose connector end to release. The o-ring might be damaged hence the leak. Remove the o-ring from inside the female connector carefully avoiding damaging it. Inspect o-ring for damage and if damaged source replacement from a local o- ring suppliers. Silicone grease is your friend for the o-ring to aid fitting and maintaining a good seal, the oring supplier would normally supply the silicone grease too.

Dont fill it to the max mark , The Min level is quite enough, and it will throw out what it doesnt want . Glad you found your leak .

now i believe i am understanding...

will let you know how it went... tell me just, after the job i need to bleed system even in this expansion tank that is above the radiator???
