It's definitely not as much of an increase as you'd get on a turbo engine, but it is well worth doing!
Thanks, glad to know someone with good results, fingers crossed I get the same!

Do keep us posted. Also, any pics of your car and it's mods?

Not had one myself, but I am thinking about it once my inlet manifold is fixed.
I agree. Steve is a very skilful & clever engineer and - you're going to laugh! - two years ago he did a brilliant remap on my... Rover 25 1.4! I told you you were going to laugh!
He sent me the modified ECU in France and icing on the cake deactivated the alarm so that my genuine fobs are perfectly working on that ECU.

Nevertheless it shows a real & actual improvement as Steve had asked me what I wanted. I was only looking for the best possible torque in low revs and the result was very sensible. He lowered the maximum torque from 4k to 3k revs as well.

He's a nice & meticulous guy.
Never hesitate to ask him a very good remap for a very fair price.
You'll never regret it.

Apparently it was built in June 2003 as an MG Rover LPG evaluation car. Not registered until March 2007.

Just means expensive tax!

Marina Brian remapped my 160 , it's a no brainier to use the guys on the forum, also the car is so much more usable as I've gained 17 extra horses plus they know what they are doing
