Boeing have invested £40m in Sheffield to produce aircraft components though, it appears we are spending £5 Billion with them

Dysons are much less powerful, they are expensive to buy and the replacement batteries if they survive long enough to need them, are expensive and not very green. I'm not convinced at all by Dyson's claim to have invented a 'digital motor', its more smoke and mirrors to my mind. Power in, still equals power out.

The only advantage to cordless, is slight ease of use and portability. I have plenty of sockets around the place, even several outdoor ones to plug a vac into to do the car. It only takes a second to plug a vac in and I get full power vacuuming, for as long as needed, no messing about with flat batteries.

Fix a poor handbrake; DIY ABS diagnostic unit; Loan of the spanner needed to change the CDT belts; free OBD diagnostics +MAF; Correct Bosch MAF cheap; DVB-T install in an ex-hi-line system; DD install with a HK amp; FBH servicing.

I've taken a vow of poverty. To annoy me, send money.

I wonder why someone with such vocal views, both then and now, hasn't had this turn about them covered. It's an interesting news story but not covered at all.

Horse, door, bolted I suspect.

Indeed it did - I for one hold it in high regard - it is the lower courts that exemplify the true nature of everyday frustration at the E.U.

Well it wasn’”sudden” seeing as this report was from the year 2000!!

And I don’t even think it was an especially “radical” change in that many people thought the Euro would be good!

But the last couple of decades have proved otherwise.

It simply underlines the reality that the promises set out by the E.U. usually have hidden agendas that are designed to benefit the few rather than the many.

I don't think I ever said it was 'sudden'.

Whew, at least nobody could level that accusation at the current government.

I was referring to what I understood to be the definition of a Damascene Conversation.
