Unlikely source, but even with no FBH pump installed, the pipe work is there in place and could still be a potential source of a leak, if the pipe rots. The pump fits under the chassis on the driver's side, ahead of the rear wheel. The fuel cooler as you have found is to the rear of the wheel.
