Talking about the rear sunblind. Today it stopped working

My radio works! But now another things stopped. Pushed the button several times, stopped the car, etc. Doesn't work.

Otherwise it is one top gimmick for me. Usually good in the summer and when someone comes too close. It was my "James Bond"-button

That's why I have a manual blind, never gets stuck
Your probably needs the gears oiling under the parcel shelf.

In the order I find them most useful..

1. Satnav
2. Cruise
3. FBH/ heated seats
4. Climate
5. Rain sensing wipers

1. Relieves me of navigation duties, I can enjoy the drive and just follow its instructions.
2. Like 2. I can just enjoy the drive without constant watching my speed.
3. Only really in winter
4. I hated cars where I had to constantly adjust the heating system
5. I hated cars where I had to constantly remember to turn them off and however I would set them, it wouldn't match the rainfall.

Fix a poor handbrake; DIY ABS diagnostic unit; Loan of the spanner needed to change the CDT belts; free OBD diagnostics +MAF; Correct Bosch MAF cheap; DVB-T install in an ex-hi-line system; DD install with a HK amp; FBH servicing.

I've taken a vow of poverty. To annoy me, send money.

I do think that puddle lights, light rings etc. are a total gimmick.
why don't you use cruise control?

I find sat navs don't tell me the instructions when I want them. Roundabouts I have found them to be late in telling me which exit. My wife has to remind me to exit or I just keep going on the motorway of course

They are unnecessary & pointless...

But my car has one and most others don't, that's good enough for me

My satnav bongs and shows up a turn icon, on the motorway it shows me which lane I need to be in and does a countdown to the slip. Where there are roundabouts, it shows the turns at the next two with the correct angle, turn off number and shows a countdown. It can show them all for hundreds of miles before you get there.

What it often gets wrong, is diverting off a motorway, then straight back on after taking me through a roundabout. It does it every time on a certain local motorway roundabout, which I have learned to ignore

Ohhhh! Someone else with the manual rear blind - they seem to be more exclusive than the powered version.
