Of course there is a limit to when others such as governments might be interested but it would have to be probably in the millions for them to be interested and that's not likely to be the case here. Last edited by topman; 18th February 2019 at 09:37.. |

The difference between that and this case, is that yours was likely a civil debt which the police will have no interest in. These people it seems were swindled on the face of it, by fraud - which is a police matter. I doubt any of those many on this group and others, who have paid in advance will ever get their money back. It will have been spent long ago and unless this guy has property - you simply cannot get blood out of a stone. What taking it further will do, is prevent him continuing carry out this and similar frauds to others. Possibly this guy runs other scams, in other than car related items imported from China. All it needs is one of you to stick your head above the parapet, go to the police and explain what this guy has done to so many - ask them the best way to progress it and collate all of your complaints plus the numerous complaints in other car forums. People like this get away with what they get away with, because everyone stands about ringing their hands, rather than doing anything constructive.

For christ's sake Phil, I'm not pointing the finger, I'm merely asking questions to better understand the situation. The whole ordeal is a joke, this type of business operation always carries risks, stupidity has played a huge part in all of this. If people took note of the facts when questioned, then much of this could have been avoided. Last edited by Dallas; 18th February 2019 at 11:02.. |

Sean Moore and 75andzt.com
I have recently placed an order through Sean’s website and am waiting for a reply to my emails for an expected delivery date. It wasn’t until I recently visited the Club that I became aware of issues that members are having with their orders, so obviously became very concerned.
I’ve done a bit of research into Sean Moore and the company and find there have been at least four email addresses for him. The current one of [email protected] is correct. The website domain is with godaddy.com and going through the godaddy website I’ve been able to obtain an address, telephone number, fax number and an administrators name. These details are freely available but you just need to know how to access the information. I have listed the contact details as follows: Registrant Name: Sean Moore Registrant Organization: AUTOGPSDVDS Registrant Street: 588 ROTARY DRIVE Registrant Street: SYDNEY NOVA SCOTIA Registrant City: SYDNEY Registrant State/Province: Nova Scotia Registrant Postal Code: B1P 4S8 Registrant Country: CA Registrant Phone: +1.9025872449 Registrant Phone Ext: Registrant Fax: +1.9025396109 Registrant Fax Ext: Registrant Email: [email protected] Registry Admin ID: Not Available From Registry Admin Name: JOE HALL Admin Organization: AUTOGPSDVDS Admin Street: 588 ROTARY DRIVE Admin Street: SYDNEY NOVA SCOTIA Admin City: SYDNEY Admin State/Province: Nova Scotia Admin Postal Code: B1P 4S8 Admin Country: CA Admin Phone: +1.8095872449 Admin Phone Ext: Admin Fax: +1.9025393109 Admin Fax Ext: Admin Email: [email protected] Registry Tech ID: Not Available From Registry Tech Name: JOE HALL Tech Organization: AUTOGPSDVDS Tech Street: 588 Tech Street: ROTARY DRIVE Tech City: SYDNEY Tech State/Province: Nova Scotia Tech Postal Code: B1P4S8 Tech Country: CA Tech Phone: +1.8095872449 Tech Phone Ext: Tech Fax: +1.9025393109 Tech Fax Ext: Tech Email: [email protected] If I discover any further information I will post it here |

So he lives in Nova Scotia? How do you propose to deal with someone who lives umpteen miles away in a different country?

The British Way of getting things sorted..................’well, what can you do’. Makes me mad. Just do something and stop just talking about it.
