Default Speakers sizes

To save me time and effort...

Does anybody happen to know what size speakers fit in front and back and the depth space behind?

Would I need to remove the interior of the door to get at the tweeters?

That's a good guide.

It's a lot of effort for something so small.

I can't see anything about the size of speakers.

That's the only way in.
Someone will be along that has done the job and knows what the sizes are.

16.5 or 17cm and about 57mm mounting depth if reusing the original pastic mounts (NOT RECOMMENDED)

So it's best to do an MDF job on it?

OH YES!!!

If you are going to the trouble to replace the speakers you might as well make and fit MDF mounts too. It makes a very significant difference.

I did front and rears speakers in 8 hours building my own mounts (from £6 of MDF).
