Trouble with this one is it asks for chassis number and radio serial number, i think Alex has a replacement radio in his car that he got of eBay a few months back, so it would have to be traced by radio serial number.

anyway nothing can be done with out that so looks like Alex will be busy later

Alex if you do take your radio out get all the info you can before sticking it back in
The info below is what they seem to be asking for

Model number
ten digit part number
14 Digit serial number that is both engraved on the side and shown on the label.

Maybe a local audio specialist near to where he lives can help.
